Return and Cancellation Policy

At RestoMod Dynamics, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return and cancellation policy for both parts and apparel.

Parts:

  1. Returns: Should you wish to return a part, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We accept returns for unused parts in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation.

  2. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  3. Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect part, contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Apparel:

  1. Returns: If you're not completely satisfied with your RestoMod Dynamics apparel, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Conditions: Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Refunds or Exchanges: Upon receiving your returned apparel, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You can opt for a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for a different size or style.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return according to our return policy.
